I read an article about a month ago about Pure Organic Coconut Oil and purchased some from a site that was also mentioned on this site. I haven't 100 % incorporated it into my eating habits but I have been using it as advised on my body. I use it pure under my arms in place of deodorant and it works out fantastic with odour but you have to reapply it later in the day if needed, and I?ve been mixing it with my unscented lotion and some pure aloe Vera to apply as a moisturizer for my body and face and it works effectively. I still need to try it in the kitchen; wanting to do several new things simultaneously and can't remember everything. So, with a bit of luck I am getting some of these advantages mentioned in this post by just using it on my skin. Well-informed-sources (dot) com- The best info on the benefits of coconut oil on the Internet
