stress

According to traditional Chinese medicine, stress is caused by a permanent state of alert, high somatic and emotional stress, and constant efforts that go beyond our limits and biological energy.

The human body is the most perfect machine that exists in this world, he runs an intelligent self-regulation and self-repair, therefore, that all bodies are working in perfect harmony and that all vital signs are in balance. This balance, in Chinese medicine, is healthy.

However, it is perfect for this machine, always requires care and maintenance on our part. To be healthy, we need to lead a lifestyle orderly, peaceful, without struggle or tension, or excess external sensory stimuli. Because otherwise, the imbalance of the biological clock, poor quality of rest, high emotional tension and the relentless pursuit of limitless ambitions, leads to the mismatch of our biological system, breaks the balance, lower the defenses of our immune system , and becomes guilty of virtually all chronic diseases.
From an early age in ancient China, the children learn at school to sit in meditation, relaxed breathing and purified mind. People used to get up early to practice Qigong (energy exercises) before starting the activities of everyday life. People lived more quietly, had fewer material resources, but also had fewer claims and fewer worries.
Let us look inside ourselves, stress is perhaps not the fault of both the weight of the responsibilities of life, but rather is due to our attitude, our nervousness and anxiety. To get away from stress, we must be closer to nature, being in harmony with our environment and be in balance with our body, mind and spirit.
Close your eyes, sit in meditation, breathing and calm the mind serene, when I open my eyes, you see a different and better world, because what we see with our eyes is what is reflected in our own hearts.
