Diet Citrus

This is a citrus diet designed especially for all those who need to detoxify your body is quickly. It is a very simple plan to make and is based on the incorporation of citrus fruits. That if you can only do it for 1 day.

If you are determined to implement this dietary regime must have a sound health, drinking as much water as possible every day, flavoring your tea with sweetener and flavoring your foods with salt, herbs, vinegar and a minimal amount of oil oil.

Daily menu:

Breakfast: 1 tea and 2 glasses of orange juice.

Mid-morning: 2 grapefruit.

Lunch: 1 bowl of vegetable soup and 2 cups tangerine juice.

Mid-afternoon: 1 glass of skim milk.

Snack: 1 tea and 2 glasses of orange juice and lemon.

Dinner: 150g. Natural Tuna and 3 citrus fruit of choice.
