Diet cabbage soup

<br /> Diet cabbage soupA good promise, down from 5 to 7 kilos in one week with this diet of cabbage soup, which will help us eliminate those extra kilos.

Just do not we just take the whole amount of soup you want (minimum 1 cup a day) but we also eat plenty of water to help detoxify.

Then, the ingredients of the cabbage soup:

* 1 small cabbage, chopped or grated
* 2 large onions
* 1 can of peeled tomatoes
* 2 green peppers
* 4 stalks celery
* Beef or chicken broth, enough to make a big pot of soup
* Black pepper
* Fresh herbs chopped
* 6 carrots, sliced
* ½ cup balsamic vinegar

Preparation of cabbage soup:

Simmer all vegetables covered with the broth until tender. Shutdown and then add the pepper and fresh herbs.
