* Day 5: Beef, skinless chicken or fish. Serve with 6 tomatoes.<br />
* Day 6: same as day 5, add vegetables.<br />
* Day 7: Brown rice, vegetables and unsweetened fruit juice.</p>
<p>The meals are seasoned with soy sauce or English, herbs, salt, pepper, lemon, ketchup, mustard or vinegar.</p>
