Foods to eat to lose weight<br />
Soup is one of those meals that can be made in advance, frozen for months, can be of any flavour and can be as healthy of as unhealthy as you want it to be.
To make a healthy, delicious and filling soup, try this recipe for pumpkin, coconut and ginger soup.

3 cups roasted pumpkin
2 cups chicken stock
1/2 cup coconut milk (light)
1 tablespoon ginger, minced

Place all the ingredients together in a pot along with enough water, bring to the boil and simmer for around 20 mins or until the pumpkin pieces have broken down, then let it cool. (more…)
