
To eat healthy and do not neglect your diet, even when we have little time to cook, we give the following advice:
* The freezer: frozen food made by us or by another person at specific times, is ideal because it will allow us to eat without having to make something, but that just put in microwave or thaw, you can enjoy a dish.
