Weight-loss Tip: Insurance before starting

It is well known that success Insurance before starting at weight loss, depends on how prepared we are to meet the challenge.

In other words, be very sure before you start and admit whether or not the best time to take a weight reduction program.

Here are some questions that will help us to know.

* Are we sufficiently motivated to make long term changes such as eating healthy and exercise more? Well, knowing that we need a change in life and be ready to do it are two different things.

* Do we have any kind of distraction that may affect our commitment to the weight reduction program? If we are distracted with some major life event, such as marital problems, work, illness or financial problems, etc.. It is better to give us a chance to calm down before starting.

* Are we really aware that slower is better? What a way to lose weight relatively slowly is healthier and more effective long term? An average of half a kilo to 1 kilo per week.

* Do we have a realistic goal? Remember, losing only 5 to 10% of our weight, can greatly improve our health. The best, will inform us as it is prudent to lose, with a doctor. (more…)
