- Make exercise but not excessively. Female athletes or women who do excessive exercise can reduce the chances of conception. If you do aerobic exercise for more than 7 hours a week might be altering your hormones.
- Leave smoking and stay away from smokers.
- Go to the doctor to examine you and make sure you do not have any sexual disease.
- The right weight is best. Having a less than the recommended weight reduces the chances of conception. Overweight and thinness decrease fertility.
- Relax. Stress affects our hormones. The exercises and yoga or meditation can help you relax.
- Eat healthy eating vegetables and fruits. Taking multivitamins or folic acid supplements
